INeedTrust ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.ineedtrust.com. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you sign up for launch notifications on our coming-soon page.

2. What We Collect

When you submit the notification signup form, we collect:

Email address — provided by you directly
Timestamp — the date and time you signed up
IP address — recorded automatically as proof of consent
Consent record — the version of this policy and the consent text you agreed to

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile may process browser metadata (such as interaction signals) to verify you are a real person. This data is processed by Cloudflare and is not stored by us. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your email address solely to notify you when INeedTrust launches. We will not use it for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose beyond launch communication.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Our legal basis for processing your personal data is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provide explicit consent by submitting the signup form after reading the consent notice displayed beneath the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your email address to any third party. The only third-party service involved is:

Cloudflare — provides hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare acts as a data processor. They do not have access to your email address.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address until the earliest of:

You unsubscribe via our unsubscribe page
We send the launch notification email
12 months from the date of signup

After the launch notification is sent, all subscriber data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland), you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Rectify inaccurate data
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time

Visit www.ineedtrust.com/unsubscribe and enter your email address. Your data is deleted immediately and permanently. You will not receive any further communication from us.

9. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics or tracking. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies required for Turnstile bot protection to operate. These are not used for tracking or advertising.

10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their email address, please contact us at privacy@ineedtrust.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. International Transfers

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare complies with applicable data transfer frameworks. No data is transferred to parties outside our hosting infrastructure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes that affect how we use your email, we will notify existing subscribers before the change takes effect.
